At SnipStore, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
π Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
β Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. skincare tools, earphones) that have been opened
π· Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5β10 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
π Exchanges
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue.

As a UK-based store, we comply fully with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, and receive a full refund.
